Through a unique blend of Kinergetics, Energy Kinesiology, Theta Healing, Chiron Healing, Bowen Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, MSTR, Intuitive Therapeutic Massage, Activation coding, Aura and chakra work, Australian Bush flower, Alaskan flower essences and music essences and more. - Tailor made to your needs and requirements in each session. We weave your energy together in the moment, The techniques are simply tools. The real magic happens in the connection between us, when your body feels truly safe to release and your truth begins to rise.

This work addresses the whole of you. It gently shifts physical symptoms held in the fascia and tissues, while also transforming the emotional patterns that drive how you think, feel, show up and move through life. Rather than just talking about it, we work directly with your body’s hard drive - releasing restriction at the nervous system, energetic and cellular levels. The result is less restriction, greater resilience, and a fuller return to happy alive and soulful way of being.
